1. What do you offer that’s different than what my pastor can offer?
Well, that depends on your pastor. Pastors today can be so busy that its difficult to meet with someone more than once or twice. While that is great for those who need wise counsel, it isn’t always the best solution for those who need long-term coaching, accountability, and encouragement. We’re also finding that many Pastors are sending their counselees to get secular help when there’s a spiritual problem. As you can imagine, this can be very dangerous long term. My training includes nearly 12 years of full-time ministry as well as formal training as a Nouthetic Counselor. What is Nouthetic Counseling? Click here
2. What are your rates? Fee Structure?
Our coaching agreements are typically set up on a monthly basis, scheduled weekly and sessions are conducted either face to face or by telephone/internet. Our coaching fees are based on a sliding scale in order to make this service available to everyone who desires it. Individuals should not begin the Biblical coaching process until they are ready to invest two to three months of time and energy to the process.
I recommend that we do the free introductory session. At the end of that session, we will discuss whether you will benefit more from individual, or group coaching. Each session lasts a minimum of forty-five minutes.

Coaching fees are paid in four week installments. If this is not possible, other payment methods will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Extra Time
All emails are included in your monthly fee. If a client is doing individual, one on one coaching and wants extra phone time, these are included in the monthly fee, however please keep calls limited to fifteen minutes.

3. Do you do conferences and seminars?
Yes, I have lots of experience doing marriage and family conferences all over the world. Typically, these conferences are 5 sessions long. The way the conference is set up, there are 2 sessions on Friday night and 3 sessions on Saturday morning. If you’d like to schedule one of these conferences for your church or group, click here.
4. What hours are you available?
I don’t have set “office hours” and do my best to meet you at the best time according to your schedule. Mornings, afternoons, and evenings are all available.
5. Will you be willing to meet over the phone or internet if I don’t live near you?
Absolutely! I currently have a number of clients that we meet over the phone once a week. I also know of many coaches who only meet over the phone or internet. While I enjoy the face-to-face time, I do see the benefit of being able to meet through email, web-conferencing, or just a plain old telephone. Instead of handing you books to read or pamphlets to go through, I can simply direct you to the resources section of the web-site and you can order from there.
